Christie Clinic Cuties’ Corner shares the babies our OB/GYN team cared for throughout their mothers’ pregnancies and helped bring into the world. If you are a parent to a Christie Clinic Cutie and you would like to share your new bundle of joy with the community, please fill out the consent form below. Upload your baby’s photo and electronically sign to complete. The photo will be shared on the website and other media outlets.
